Upper Floor (Penthouse)
The breathtaking mountain panorama squints against the sun through the large windows, the 40 m2 balcony with sun loungers invites you to put your feet up and enjoy sweet idleness – certainly we think that this must also be part of a holiday in the mountains. On the upper floor you will also find two double rooms, one with adjoining bathroom including shower and WC. The master double room features a private bathroom with free-standing bathtub and double washbasin. There is as well a separate WC, an entrance room with coatrack and a fully equipped, modern kitchen-cum-living room with induction cooktop, electric kettle, coffee machine and all you need for culinary masterpieces. A dining table, a gallery or library, a fireplace that separates living room and gallery, and a garage are also available.
Among the special highlights ranks a private wine refrigerator in the penthouse, which we fill with fine Austrian white and red wines. You are welcome to help yourself according to your preferences – billing is based on consumption.
Ground Floor (Apartment)
On the ground floor there is plenty of space for your children or other guests so that you can enjoy a lot of privacy during your mountain holiday at our Alpenchalet holiday home in Ötztal. The two stylishly furnished double rooms both have a private bathroom with shower and WC. There is not only the modern kitchen on the upper floor, but you can also take full advantage of another fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room on the ground floor, including induction cooktop, electric kettle, coffee maker and a lot more. On the ground floor of your holiday chalet in Ötztal you will find a homely dining area with a sofa-bed for two more people, an entrance room with coatrack and direct access to the 60 m2 terrace and the garden.
